Open your workspace

Use the workspace URL supplied to you and sign in. You need workspace permissions to connect sources, configure rules or enable delivery.

Connect HubSpot

  1. Open Integrations in your workspace.
  2. Select Connect / reconnect HubSpot and sign in to the HubSpot account you want to use.
  3. Review the requested permissions and confirm the account before consenting.
  4. Select Sync companies and check the import status.
Your HubSpot user must have permission to install the integration and grant the requested access. Your organization’s application policies may require an administrator to approve it. A connected source and permission to send CRM output are separate controls.

Review your records

Open Imported companies. Check whether the fields you need are present and whether activity is linked to the intended company. Unresolved activity stays unresolved until there is enough information to make an association. Headcount growth needs comparable imports showing an observed increase. A first snapshot establishes the baseline.

Preview a rule

  1. Open Signal builder and select New signal.
  2. Choose Company fit, Headcount growth or Event score, then set its criteria.
  3. Select Save draft, then Test saved draft.
  4. Inspect matching companies/evidence; adjust, save and test again as needed.
  5. Select Review & publish and confirm the version you reviewed.
A preview uses the records available to your workspace and does not execute live CRM actions. The evidence view explains which records contributed to a match.

Test delivery

In Workflows, select the published signal and Update HubSpot company signal fields, then Save paused workflow. Choose Test & enable, review its preview/destination/managed fields, and confirm activation only when ready. HubSpot writeback needs separate company-write permission, compatible destination properties and activation in Integrations. Contact your workspace administrator if that setup is unavailable. After enabling delivery, inspect the workflow’s run status and the destination record. Pausing a workflow can clear its managed CRM values when no other rule qualifies. Stopping company writeback leaves existing remote values in place. If a step fails, use the information listed in support.
